Company: Skeen Plumbing & Gas

Jurisdiction: Mississippi (Jackson, Madison, Brandon, Ridgeland, and Statewide)

1. Professional Estimates & "Don't Dig" Diagnostic Requirements

Skeen Plumbing & Gas specializes in minimally invasive "Don’t Dig" technology.

  • Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via phone, email, orhttps://skeenplumbinggas.com/ is a non-binding estimate.
  • CCTV Verification: For all sewer repairs, pipe lining (CIPP), or pipe bursting, a CCTV Video Inspection is required to confirm the structural integrity of the lines before a final quote is issued.
  • Remodeling Projects: For kitchen and bathroom remodeling, Skeen Plumbing & Gas can install client-supplied equipment or company-provided brands. Liability for client-supplied materials is limited to the labor of installation; the company is not responsible for manufacturer defects in third-party products.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By contacting us at (601) 856-5758 or (601) 265-7403, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:

  • 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time updates for urgent backups or leaks.
  • Service Logistics: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and "on-my-way" alerts.
  • Technical Documentation: Delivery of leak detection results and high-definition video inspection footage.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Guaranteed Workmanship

Skeen Plumbing & Gas is a fully licensed, family-owned, and operated business. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and warrantied services. All repairs—including our proprietary Tri-Jet drain cleaning—are performed by certified Service Technicians.

4. Punctuality & 24/7 Availability

Our staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we strive for prompt arrivals, Skeen Plumbing & Gas is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy regional traffic across the Jackson Metro area.
  • Severe Mississippi weather events that may impact safe outdoor "Don’t Dig" operations.
  • Unforeseen subterranean obstructions that require specialized "Drain Truck" equipment diversion.

5. Advice & High-Tech Disclaimer

Information on our website regarding water treatment, filtration, and trenchless technology is for educational purposes. Every plumbing system is unique; digital content is not a substitute for an on-site high-tech listening device or CCTV diagnosis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Mississippi law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not liable for damage to interior walls, cabinets, or flooring during leak detection if such access is required to stop an active, property-threatening leak.
