Trenchless Pipe Repair: Our CIPP and pipe bursting methods rely on "Don't Dig" technology. However, if a pipe has suffered a total structural collapse or is missing sections of host pipe, traditional excavation may be required.
Tri-Jet Drain Cleaning: This proprietary system is highly effective; however, Skeen Plumbing & Gas is not liable for the failure of pipes that are structurally unsound or degraded by age prior to the cleaning process.
Leak Detection: We use high-tech listening devices and CCTV; however, detection is a diagnostic process and does not guarantee that other unrelated leaks will not occur in the future due to pipe age.
Water Treatment: Filtration recommendations are based on local water quality tests; performance is subject to municipal water supply changes.
